Appeal Suspension Ticket Response Time

So my wow account was suspended (First time in the 20 years) because two individuals from the server Pagle were harassing/bullying myself and two other guild members in a RDF group. Yes, I did have some words for them but interesting enough, they both said “Enjoy the ban”. Literally a day later, my account was suspended for 9 days… That in itself is a violation of the Code of Conduct and I should have only got a warning, since I was not the one to start it, I was minding my own business at first.

Fast forward, I have been suspended since Thursday and submitted a ticket to appeal it. Still no answer 3-4 days later… What happened to the customer service/support, I don’t remember it being this bad back in the day.

Just as a side note: It doesn’t matter who started the offensive language. Everyone who takes part in it has to face the consequences.
