Hello. My friend has just turned 50. Hoa level boost is not opened. Are these two missions still running or are they over? Where did we go wrong
Both quests are still running, but you may need to open Nazjatar to gain access to the HoA boost quest, and you certainly need to do that to access the Cloak quest chain, as you need access to Essences.
