!!NEED HELP!!
Could any Game Master help out here?
My friend wanted to get back to WoW with the new expansion Shadowlands. At the time he wanted to log in and the game asked his authenticator code, which we fully understand.
He didn’t find his authenticator immediatly so he made his first ticket with oploading an ID image explaining he lost his authenticator. (He found it afterwards but the battery died)
After several days of not getting an answer he tried again and contacted me aswell.
We both sent another ticket, which a Game Master first got into contact with me, telling me that he needs to make a ticket.
Shortly after that, my friend got an email telling the ID doesn’t match the account ID + asking for a serial number.
As the good gamer he is, he tried to make another ticket explaining all of this with the serial number of the authenticator.
At the moment he wants to submit the ticket, he gets the message that he has reached the “maximum active tickets”.
So I definitly understand that he needs to be the one making the ticket and that they need the serial number.
But can anyone PLEASE help him out here, this is really hurting his gaming experience big time.
I would like that anyone can help us out here, it’s needed, big time!!!
Please don’t say that he needs to be the one making a ticket, we know that, but he can’t make any ticket anymore, so what now???
