Authenticator problem

I lost access to my account i cant login becouse of authenticator i dont have a screenshot and account was created 14 years ago on somebody elses name! How can i remove authenticator i have all informations to this acc including secret question and answer and other things! HELP ME!

I am have to create new acc to even login to forum!
