I have an Account That dont play with it for almost 1 Year and Now I want to Login and Play Again but I must Enter Authenticator Code So This app moved to Battle net and The Serial Code and Restore Code Is not Working For battle net App
So I try To Recover Authenticator But Every time in last 5 days I see this Error : too many Attempt
I want to send ticket but I must Login First !! How I login when I dont have the Authenticator?
Is There Any soloution for this ?
You don’t need to be logged on to send a ticket for removing the authenticator…
Log out from the forums, click on Support and then on Get help in the upper right corner of the screen… that should bring you here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help.
Click on “I can’t Logi In”
Click “Remove my authenticator”
and click on “Continue” to start the process.
