I’ve tried raising a ticket for an issue I had, all received is a reply is a message straight from chatgpt.
How is it possible for a huge company to lack any customer service and mock their customers/players like that?
Is there a way to have an actual support from Blizzard or do they expect you to pay them without offering any help when needed?
