Banned for 15 minutes from ow queue for no reason

I joined the game, game disconnected me into logging screen, after i logged in i wasnt able to rejoin the match, and i got 15 minutes cooldown, and got down by 1 whole rank, i was at 97% to rank up, and now im in “protective area” to drop down one, like wtf
