My account banned for no reason

I bought Diablo IV several days ago and play 2-3 hours up to 10 Lvl or smth…
And Playing account was new freshed one
No games in it…
Also Sent Ticket in relation to that today Issue ID: #89837928
Please help me what should ı do ?
Account penalties are not openly discussed in the forums. That’s a thing between you and Blizzard. So, waiting for the reply to your appeal is the only thing you can actually do.
The only way you can appeal a ban is to use the contact the support as detailed in the email you were sent.
