I have received an email from your support service, which is that tell I have been banned from diablo immortal permenetly. but i did not see any reason. why am i banned? I have been played almost 2 months, I am new player. I did not any violation about game rules, I spended a lot of money for this game while I played, you can see easly from my account transactions, also if you check my account that spends are legally. Im adding my transaction details as an attachement. there is a mistake, I did not any thing against game rules. what was my fault? what is the exactly my ban reason? Could you let me inform pls?

You won’t get that… all you will get is a general category.
If you haven’t yet, you can appeal your account ban; that gets another Game Master to look at the data they have on your case and decide whether or not the data supports the ban.
