That is what im trying to do, reinstalling Battle net so i could play some games.I have had this problem for 1 month now.

Try to follow these steps to completely remove all components from the application, and make sure no corrupted files are left behind:
Just in case, you can also delete the Cache folder:
Then, redownload the installer and try again:
i have done everything i can including things listed above and searched internet for hours trying to find help to my problem.
im pretty sure the problem is on your side and not mine
