I can’t log into my BattleNet account..
I’ve always purchased games by logging in from my computer account.
This is the first time I’ve tried logging in using my mobile device. I’m stuck on security measures like the authenticator device verification.
I registered my account by logging in through Google. I encountered this problem while trying to log in from my mobile device. I’ve tried everything. But I don’t understand where the verification code is going.
I’ve never logged in with my phone before.
This forum is accessible to anyone who has access to the Internet… so, you just gave out your Battle.Net UserID and your phone number to about 6 billion persons in the world !! Blizzard already have your UserID and your phone number… for your account security, please edit your post and remove those identifiers.

- Who are you? Are you an authorized Blizzard employee?
- Can you do anything to unblock my account and reset my identity?

No, I’m not a Blizzard employee; I’m a player. A post by a Blizzard rep is in blue… as in this post.
No, I cannot. Generally speaking, account issues can only be resolved by Blizzard… if you can’t figure it out yourself.
