Battle.net client contains malware (via ads), how to disable it?

EVERY day I open this launcher it serves me with a type of malware, an ad. LEt’s call a spade a spade, ads are malware. I don’t want it. I didn’t pay for it, and I never gave access to serve me ads, in fact I block everything I can. and the software (launcher) is not behaving as it should, it is ignoring my DNS filters, bypassing security software and hence malware.

Malware, short for malicious software, is any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems.

^it is disrupting my experience and gaining unauthorized access to my Mac as I have network wide filters for malware / ads.

Why do I need malware to launch / update wow? Crazy how paying costumers always get a worse experience than other versions of wow. I am really close to just giving up and joining them.

Blizzard is right in the lawsuit, they are hurting their brand, because unpaid 5 buffoons in Russia can outdo the entire wow / blizzard team, embarrassing.

You don’t know what malware is, you installed the launcher, the launcher can stream notifications to you, including ads, Blizzard didn’t install any software to your computer without your knowledge.
