im stuck on the loading screen of blizzard agent went to sleep attempting to wake it up and i cannot uninstall aka reinstall it cause some bug idk what happened

like i idk what happened yesterday i opened it and it was fine and now cannot do anything for some reason i cannot uninstall battlenet i wanna uninstall it to reinstall but nothing works
