Battle.net doesn't install

Hi,

This morning I tried updating my Battle.net Launcher but it didn’t work. I was stuck at 0%. So I decided to uninstall the launcher and re-install it, but that doesn’t work either. It’s hard stuck at about 30% and says “Updating Blizzard Agent”.

I’ve tried numerous things. Deleting everything in:

  • %temp%

  • %AppData%

  • %LocalAppData%

  • %ProgramData%

There’s literally no trace of any Battle.net or Blizzard folders anywhere but I still can’t install it.

I’ve even set up port forwarding on my router as described here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/sc2/t/how-to-put-in-ports-number-for-blizzard-games/7533. But this still doesn’t fix the issue.

How can I solve this issue?
