Battle.net email changed by hacker

I’ve been dealing with a compromised data leak from my passwords (in which I was able to get most back) but when I woke up this morning, I realised that the hacker had gained access to my battle.net, changed the email, and removed the phone number further barring me from access to the account, and the problem I have is that I do not have a government issued ID to prove my identity and had to use this backup account I had to try and get help here

Also noticed (since I still have access to my activision account and changed the password and added a 2-Step verification on it) that they are actively cheating on my account in COD:Modern Warfare, potentially risking my account being banned
