Ive read a bunch of topics with this problem. But after trying everything i still cant open it.
Got email saying the authenticator is goin away at 5th january so i need to install the battlenet app. I did it… And when i open it… and log in. I do (using the currently still working authenticator)- but it just opens a browser (chrome) and just sends me to my battlenet account settings. Inside chrome. WHat to do there?! I just sit in the browser and thats it. I close it. Try open it again… And it sends me again to Log in… ANd when i log in… IT opens again the browser and sents me again in the account setting page in the browser…
What is goin on?!

It still does not help my case. Even when i somehow (no idea how) manage to skip the infinite loop of logging in, approving my login with the current authenticator app- it just opens up my account settings in chrome… What to do there?! I already have an active authenticator. There is no “migrate” option. No nothing. And even so…thats not my problem. Maybe it will work …IF the actual battlenet mobile app OPENS… but it doesnt. It opens a chrome browser that sends me to my account settings.!!!
I get this exact problem. Logging in and then the app just opens a browser window in Chrome. Quite a frustrating and strange bug. Seriously, the whole migration part is confusing and a mess.
