I recently purchased a new PC and am trying to get WoW up and running on it. My Authenticator died years ago, so when logging into battlenet I opted for the sms alternative. Unfortunately, stupid me, gave the wrong password multiple times as I was pretty sure it was correct 
(ofc it was not correct). After multiple attempts (12 I believe) battlenet stopped sending sms’s to my mobile, and would not budge an inch over the next few hours… even same next day. To add insult to injury, AI helps just kept sending me round in circles. I attempted various times to login, but to no avail, no sms were being sent any more as too many sms were sent previously. I even stopped attempting to login for the usual 24+ hours (since last attempt), still to no avail! How can I find some human being to support me (me - as a paying client) and resolve this in a jiffy, rather then all this frustrating AI crxx that gets you nowhere?
