Battle.net problem with BN Update Helper constantly stuck in Services

My game updates are stuck on endless Initilizing/Waiting… loop
I uninstalled Battlenet and deleted everything suggested in Program data
Battlenet Update Helpersvc still running in Services for some reason even tho I removed everything
I used Regedit to remove BN Helper from services but it did not work
I uninstalled WoW and when I try to install it same Update pops up with same Initilizing/Waiting problem

At this point I dunno what to do…

It seems you have tried a lot of things already, this is the Support Article for the issue, I thought I’d link it in case it covers anything you haven’t tried.

This forum collects feedback on the desktop app so you are unlikely to get any answer here. If the issues persist after exhausting all the support articles, you would be best opening a ticket.
