For years (since battle.net started) it always kept me logged in, recently (a few months ago) it started asking me for my password even though I have the “keep me logged in” ticked. Every once in a while it does auto-login, but most times it fails.
I raised a ticket and had a few suggestions to resolve the issue, but none have worked, in fact they keep closing the ticket as resolved and I have to keep opening it.
They keep pointing me to the same resolutions, even though I’ve told them they don’t work.
Anyone else having this issue (both battle.net and the Gamemasters 
)

I have reported the issue, but Blizzard keep closing the ticket even though I’ve told them nothing they asked me to do resolved the issue, seems like a complete waste of time reporting anything, they just don’t care
I would take that to mean that there is nothing more they can suggest to resolve the issue and that you should report it as a bug.
You won’t get a reply there either… but if the QA Team can replicate the problem, there is a possibility that the devs will fix it… later.
It’s up to you – it is by no means compulsory.
Unless someone from Blizzard replies here, there is usually no way of knowing what they are working on… they don’t communicate that type of info.
