My launcher keeps on displaying this message “Blizzard agent went to sleep… attemting to wake it up…” and I am unable to play/access any blizzard games. This happened to me last month and I fixed it by reinstalling the launcher, however this time I tried numerous times to reinstall it but it does not seem to fix it this time.
What happens is: when I start the launcher after reinstalling it seems fine. Then I try updating a game (COD MW particularly) it gets stuck on “waiting…” after that when I restart the launcher I get the “Blizzard agent went to sleep” message.
Note: My friend is currently having the exact same problem as me, does anyone know how to fix it?

no one knows dude…blizzard just has problems with their games and it seems like the launcher as well…
For any Battle.net App issues the first step is to attempt clearing the Temporary Cache folders for it using these steps:

Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

Press windows key + R > Type %appdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net folder

Press windows key + R > Type %localappdata% > Click OK > Delete the battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders
Then once that is done, right click run the Battle.net App as Administrator, and it should I hope update and wake up correctly.
