Blizzard application wont load/install, update agent went to sleep etc and downloading files 5% etc all keep happening but nothing an all different methods done still not working

There is a Blizzard Desktop App forum available to post and especially to search for possible solutions. I’ve seen several different fixes for this issue but it’s not the same for everyone.
