I have no idea what they are doing at Blizzard. I woke up unable to connect to my WOW account and saw it the account was banned. I sent a ticket asking why i was banned. I received 2 tickets from different game masters saying they had made a mistake and were going to refresh my account. Later on my status changed from banned to suspended for 18956 days (blizzard trolling i guess). I then sent another ticket received an answer that actually the previous game masters had made a mistake and that my account should be suspended… despite me asking why it was banned I didn’t receive any answer. They marked the thread as resolved and that’s. I have never botted or bought gold and I have no idea if Blizzard are trolling or just incompetant. The worst is that i have prepaid and I still have 3 months worth of active game time. I have all screenshots of conversations and can prove this.
Is it normal to get perma banned without even knowing the reason? Blizzard seems to really note care about clients. Banning customers by mistake and not even looking into it or giving a decent answer.

I have been suspended for the same amount of days and they said its abuse of economy and guess what I sold no gold online. I guess this is the way blizzard treats players instead of boosters and botters who actually desteoying PvP and PvE

New blizzard policies is banning people just because you get reported or what ever. And you get banned for weeks. It looks they just want people to stop playing the game. Now I see they even erased a thread I wrote about there banning system,. They suck.
