You want a refund from Blizzard I wish you luck!
I like many others bought the new Call of Duty even pre-ordered it. But sadly it does not work and freezes constantly. I opened a ticket with blizzard and they sent me to Activision rightfully as they are the makers of the game and blizzard are only selling it, after talking to the support at activision for 6-7 hours my game was no further along so I have requested a refund on the side of blizzard as it is from them in which I bought the game and in their words “Please understand that refunds is technically not a service we provide as all sales are final, unless the purchased product is not released yet.” They are refusing me a refund for a game that does not even work.
