So, im trying to refund my Shadowlands pre-purchase because with the prepatch textures on my WoW characters are missing, its a dealbreaker for me because the eyes on my characters are missing, skin texture is pitch black. I googled around and came to the conclusion that my AMD processor is outdated. I really cant afford to upgrade my computer right now because i really dont have any money and i have no choice but to quit WoW for now. So heres the problem: I cant submit my support tickets at all and its getting really frustrating because i REALLY NEED THE REFUND. Why cant i submit my refund ticket? Help me out here blizzard.
