I can’t access my account so i opened a ticket 7 days ago but there is still no response. The estimated time was 24 hours. Is it like this for everyone or is it a special thing for my situation.
Nope completely normal. Certain tickets have gone up to 17-23 days. Usually, if the ticket wait time keeps expanding the automation bot will come in and mark the ticket resolved without giving the proper answer you were seeking.
Great customer support from a multi billion dolar company.
why cant they just have a department to man these issues so we wouldnt have to wait a month per response to wait another month to get told what you tried didnt work

They had a department for it, but they fired over 800 employees back in the day and closed down the HQ in France and most of the customer service people within the states as well. Just to fill investors’ returns and more money for bobby who gives himself fat checks which goes over 400m+ gaming company CEOs are the most overpaid ones. Basically, that was the money that was taken from the 800 employees.

My ticket has been with them for 10 days now.
Never in my life have I ever had to wait 10 days for a customer service / support response, it’s an absolute joke.
It does not matter how ‘busy’ the company is, churning out updates, ban waves, or whatever pathetic excuse they come up with.
You know these actions will result in tickets, so stagger them. It’s not like they’re a start up company with no experience in the market.
Once my issue is resolved, I am never dealing with Blizzard again.
