UNPROFESSIONAL behavior of support for Russian servers! WoW Server Ru Gordunni terribly lags delays from 10 seconds to 1-2 minutes! It’s not the game itself that lays, but the transfer of items, auction purchases, assignment and many other actions with items and debuffs! Russian support is completely ignored, attributing problems to software and hardware! BUT PROBLEMS AT ALL on the server … about which you can get confirmation in the city chat! Support for Russian servers refuses to acknowledge the problem and angrily unsubscribes in the comments on the forum in their defense from third-party accounts of 10 levels! I just want a human relationship from supporting my favorite game!
And it wasn’t the first time. I’m begging you with all my heart.! Let the management know about the complete arbitrariness in their Russian support … It shouldn’t be that hard play in my favorite, best MMORPG in the world!
