This is mindblowing how incompetent blizzard is. They refuse to change my region since i moved to another county i even tell them i can provide any proof they want. But they keep responding me like a bot “We understand your situation and are sorry but unfortunately there is nothing we can do.” This is insane what im supposed to do ?

Have you tried using the self-service option ?
Have you provided a “… a legible image of a recent utility bill or related document with your name and new address for manual review.”

Yes, I did all of that. I even provided an image of a recent document with my name on it from my new country. And yes followed this article. I should be eligible to change it.
Its insane how incompetent they are they might be replaced with bots tbh. I was so happy to live in another country but yea blizzard dosnt care why even proposing to change region when 99% of requests are denied. Not talking only about region changes but with everthing.
Yes… there has been a lot of changes to support. I assumed at first that all the Game Masters had been fired when Microsoft finalized the purchase of Activision-Blizzard… and that the new replacements were poorly trained… or incompetent. One MVP pointed out that support policies were being changed… from one day to the next, Blizzard stopped helping players in areas where, before, they did (connection issues is one that comes to mind).
So… the current situation from where I sit is like this:
- Blizzard used to come here often (at least once a day) and would reply to posts needing replies; if a topic was out-of-scope or in the wrong forum, they would say that and then lock and unlist/hide the topic. You can see an example here: Missing things why .
- Most of these Blizzard Forum Support Agents were fired or re-assigned when Microsoft took over or shortly thereafter… since then, the forums are mainly for “player supporting player”. Blizzard still posts here, but it’s very rare. Scroll down the list of posts and look for the Blizzard icon in the left margin… check the date of the reply by Blizzard; some of those are dated before 2024.
If you have a WoW account with a level 10 hero, you might want to try the WoW Customer Support forum… the Blizzard folks there aren’t Game Masters so they might not be able to change the country on your account… but they do know the system inside out and they may be able to suggest a course of action.
If you don’t have a WoW account… then, I don’t know what to suggest. I know the self-service system had issues but I don’t know if that was fixed. Perhaps Blizzard will reply here…

It looks as if they couldn’t use the documents you provided… I don’t know why.
In your other post, you mentioned that you couldn’t purchase a WoW subscription. Your heroes are probably on the “Americas and SEA region”; my understanding is that Blizzard cannot move your heroes from that server to Europe – that’s not just WoW… all Blizzard games are like this. If you were able to get a subscription, you would have to play on the Americas servers… and lag and other connection problem might be an issue (it’s 12000 km from Argentina to Poland).
Not sure what more to say… you could try posting on the WoW Customer Support forum… either in America or in Europe (they have a Spanish forum)… but you would need either an active subscription or a free Starter Edition account with a level 10 hero.
