Clearly AI, no real humans and if they are real they clearly have zero will to actually help. Ive been in contact with blizzard support for an issue in world of warcraft legion remix for the last few WEEKS and still have zero valid help towards my problem - all theyve done is give me clearly AI responses that arent actually about the issue i have or direct me to submit a bug report. After playing this game for fourteen plus years i can finally say that this situation has destroyed my last will to play this game, ive wasted so much money and time on it and im truly done now - i was planning on prepurchasing Midnight and was very very VERY excited to play retail again, especially with the housing update and the upcoming storyline in Midnight.
Some advice from a long lasting player, scrap the AI responses, get back to real GM’s who want to help resolve issues instead of churning out useless links to forums and wowhead - preferably someone who actually plays the game too would be absolutely great!
Heres a list of the names of “GMs” who supposedly helped me (spoiler alert, they absolutely didnt) and then proceeded to close my ticket every single time.
“Umkellxye” “Shisescelo” “Ziphrtim” “Nasmazoerk” “Salliracal” “Rialaesu” - if these are real people, which i HIGHLY doubt, sack them immediately - awful responses with absolutely zero help, especially the first 3 who just fired out AI repsonses that werent even tailored to my specific situation.
