Blizzard's Poor Customer Support

Why is is that Blizzard has one of the worst customer support systems that relays more on the community to fix their problems rather than but a proper business and grow a pair of balls and handle it their selves? I much like countless other are waiting for Dreamhaven. How hard is it for Blizzard to make a ticket service more streamline? Or be more vocal with the community rather than do back door deals and changes. Honestly Blizzard has lost their backbone, balls, and care to take things into their own hands. Your community makes more fun of your effort because with your resources you produce less than Indi Companies. You will die a cold, laughable, fiery death if you cannot cut the games that need to be cut, change those who need to be fixed and actually create something you are proud of. Otherwise do the community a favor and roll over and die off like you have been since BFA started.
