This is a sort of “Catch all” error code, but one of the more common causes is due to the app having trouble downloading or writing new data. Could you try the steps in the article below :
Make sure your Blizzard App is also fully up to date (check for an “Update Available” notification at the bottom of the app).

sa me mai vérification des fichier et après sa me mes code erreur BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 . je comprend pas j’ai tous essaye et rien ne fait comment faire car hier je jouer et sa marcher bien pouvais vous m’aider svp je vous envoie une capture d’ecran . et aussi je peux pas faire la mise a jours le temps que le problème n’est pas résolut j’ai essaye de faire réparer et toujours pareil svp aidez moi merci.

Same Problem here.
The Game was fine on 23:30 and when i become a Menue Failed…
I close the game and than i become the Problem BLZBNTAGT00000BB8.
The check all the steps from the site is not working

Go MW Folder- Data -data-delete all (.idx) files… its working
