Bug Report - Did not get scroll of Amnesia

Hi there,

I recently killed Uber Lilith with a friend and got the achievement. However, upon opening the chest reward from season, i did not receive the scroll of amnesia.
I have already checked my consumables tab and the item is not there.
Also created a ticket with your support team Issue ID #94151077 but they referred me here since they have no access.

Can you help please ?
