I`m currently experiencing lots of bugs and glitches in zombie, i can even make a list from the bugs
- game starts to random crashes without any reason
- players some how can get over mount of weapons for example you can get 3 weapons without mule kick perk, 4 weapons with mule kick
- apply blueprint with some weapons will trigger the bug from above, for example Mileno, Hauer77, mp5 or m4 etc. sometimes click apply blueprint more than once will also make other weapons become the same skin
- apply blueprint also dulplicate the weapon from the weapon which the player is holding but with random attachment or without any attachment
- if player proceed to the next map with any conditions from above will crash the game or drop the glitched weapon on the floor
- some weapon can be randomly glitched even without using the apply blueprint. For example epic mp5 with pack 1 suddently ran out of ammo from 280 rounds to 0.
So far the list above are occuring since the season 5 started and i have ran out of solution included reinstall the game, install of game bit by bit, or change settings. By the way i`ve tried to use my laptop to play but same thing happen again on my laptop so i dont think i can do anything about it.

Also getting crashes on the zombie maps. I have a range of powerful gaming computers but nearly always play this on the same one. It has always been fine GPU is an extreme water cooled 2080TI on this one and the drivers are updated. But since the patch, at times it will crash and ask for scan and repair. This is commonly when I am paused in a solo game but can also happen in game.
This can be super annoying in the middle of a very long solo outbreak game. Yet, I can then play for hours with no problem at all. Turning the settings up or down / turning ray tracing off, etc etc, doesnt seem to do anything as far as I can tell.

I’ve been getting the exact same issue, always on zombies aswell… Reinstalled the whole game to see if that would fix it and it did nothing, round 3 on outbreak. Saw orda and the second he started to spawn zombies my game crashed
Had 12 crashes today in zombies and it’s extremely frustrating. Especially when you get a great setup and a good team
Hopefully they fix it soon…

I also have these problems.
when I pass the level it crashes, and sometimes when I’m playing the game also closes.
I have pre-terminated and examined the game.
but it keeps giving me problems, I have an RTX 3060 with updated drivers.
this is already too annoying, every PC update is a horror, they always include many performance problems.
It is my first year playing on PC and I am very sorry, in console I did not have so many problems, I have a last generation computer RTX i7 64GbRam SSD and M2 …

Although Blizzard can assist Call of Duty players with purchase or technical issues with the battle.net launcher we do not actually provide Support for in-game issues or Activision Account matters, that is all dealt with by Activision Support.
As you are getting into the game and then having issues with a specific mode you would be looking to provide this feedback to Activision and not Blizzard.
