Hello. I have a problem that i can´t fix, my level in COD Cold War multiplayer is stuck at level 100. I already see other people higher than level 100. There is a way to fix it? Already verify game in Blizzard launcher and nothing. Can someone help me please? Thank you

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Have been for several days. Hoping for a solution as well.
