Perhaps a routing issue… all the players in that topic and you have a Europe-based BattleTag – the numeric part of your battletag starts with a " 2 ".
Perhaps someone should compile a list of countries for each player and see if there is some common element.
This forum is for feedback and suggestion on the Battle.Net Launcher… Blizzard does not reply often here.
For issues installing games made by Activision, it is better to write on the Desktop App Tech Support forum.

Blizzard doesn’t make any of the Activision games hosted on the Battle.Net Launcher; you need to contact Activision for any feedback and/or game issues in those games. For Warzone, you can use the following page:
