When a costumer buys for a product and it does not work there is a law that states that the costumer has a right to get a refund
So dear blizzard.
Provide a fix, provide some answers OR provide a full refund for the people who is fed up with the way you handle the d2 resurrected issues.

I contacted support, they declined. I would recommend contacting ur bank, better chance of getting them to cancel the transfer. The greed of blizz is just unbelieveable. Well, the servers are down again, so good time for me to contact the bank atleast.

its easy - I got mine through PAYPAL, tell them the issues you have had with the game and you will get refunded no problem.
You can also ask your bank if you paid that way
Tell your card provider you want to make a chargeback claim.
Good luck, game companies today are a sham, laws need updating to protect the consumer.
Paypal or bank charge is your best options, goodluck
