Hello, I have 2 copies of Diablo 2 and Diablo 2 LOD bought about 17 years ago with original boxes, keys and CDs.
I have dug up all the boxes and wanted to play the game online again. I need to redeem the keys for the install with the new format but it says for all of my CD keys that they were already redeemed! I have never redeemed any of my D2 codes for my account (this is the only Blizzard account I have) neither I see any of them in Games & Subscriptions. (Did not even see my boxes since about 2011 - lol).
Could you please check what happened and how can I use my CD keys again?

You would need to reach out to Customer Support who would be able to look up the 16 Digit keys and find which Blizzard account they are claimed on.
It should be an easy matter for the GMs to locate your account with the keys.
