Well, i’m from brazil and for some reason i can’t access the page to buy War1 and 2 Remastered.

As far as I know, there has not been any announcement by Blizzard, but players in that thread seem to think that Brazil is currently blocked and cannot access that page.
Blizzard has started to post information on bug fixes to Warcraft I and II in that forum… so you may want to post in and follow that forum:
