Can't change country / region?

The change country / region self service report tool is not working? Clicking “Continue” just refreshes the page and doesn’t allow any further progression with the issue?

All because I can’t enter a mobile number for OW2 that doesn’t align with the region I created the battle.net account on years ago…

I have the exact same problem as OP. The report tool doesn’t go beyond “processing” and then the ticket disappears.

Would be nice with a community message about this or some way to manually submit your ticket without using the tool.
