Can't find a warzone match

I’m searching for a game for hours. My friends find one quick but if we party together we suddenly can’t find. I also can’t find solo.

It says looking for a game but jumps from 100ping to 150ping to 200ping to 350ping which seems odd. Then stuck at 350ping.

Please help
