Cant find cd ky of D2 from D3 collectors edition

Hi.
I bought D3 collectors edition at release date. (2012) I havent used D2 that comming with collectors edition (in usb). Today I tried to set it up first time but failed because its asking for cd key and owner of this game. I already battlenet account and games. What should I do?

The Diablo II codes included in the Diablo III Collector’s Edition box are printed on a card that is included in the box. The card has a picture of the USB pen and holder on it.
