Cant install MOP Classics new patch

Hi there, im having issues this morning trying to install the new patch, i have logged out of battle net completely and logged back in but it still wont patch it starts then it comes up with an error message… Whoops! Looks like something broke, Give it another shot.

has anyone else had this issue and how did they fix it?
