Can't log in and play warcraft 3

so i started warcraft 3 as usual, and there comes this giant update which takes like ± 1hour. and usually i could go in and play warcraft 3 multiplayer, but now there is this completely new look on it, and everytime i try log in now, it wont let me?
so let me take you through step by step.

  1. i press play (FILE)
  2. i get in, and its like stuck here for 30 secs (FILE)
  3. now this pops up all of a sudden (FILE)
  4. i close it because it doesnt work.

but before all of those steps, i got in and typed my email and password in, and it said something along the lines that it didnt work, so i just closed it, and now those steps popped up.
it sounds very confusing, but i am too very confused

Now i have another picture for step 2, but it’ll only allow me 2 links for some reason.

Your links for some reason didn’t work, are you loading the game through the Battle.net App?

The popup you get would be the most interesting, you can use the Preformatted text option when making your reply to preserve links exactly.

The error that you’re getting occurs when the account you are launching the game from does not have either a Warcraft III: Reforged or the Classic Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos license. If you have the original version of Warcraft III, you would need to claim your CD key on your current Blizzard Account to resolve this.

I recommend reading through and following the steps outlined in this support article.

That indicates that the CD Key is already claimed. It’s possible that you claimed in on a different account in the past.

Our Support Team can help you with locating the account as we cannot do that here. Please make a ticket and provide the full CD key so they can look into it further for you.

so i made an account with another disc i have, but everytime i start the game up and for example logs into a singleplayer game - when its done loading, it crashes and gives me a crash message with some id. It has done it every time and i don’t know what to do. Have tried everything
