Cant play as kirko anymore

I used to be able to play as kiriko (not much exp with her only 6 hours lol) but i no longer have access to her. It says i have to unlock her via hero challenge. The funny thing is is that i still have access to sojourn and Junker Queen.
would like to know if any1 can help
