Can't queue for HC Dungeons

Hi,

I recently started playing WoW again and want to start running Heroic Dungeons in War Within. Unfortunately, the game does not let me and does not tell me why. I have looked online but I cannot find a reason.

Do I need to unlock Heroic Dungeons somehow? My Ilevel is 605, so it should not be because of that.

Can anyone help me?

PS: The minimum level is 606 as should be shown when hovering over the lock before the heroic dungeons in queue finder.
