Good day! I ran into a problem, I can’t start StarCraft 2. The game opens, goes to the loading screen and crashes. A full file check was done, the result is the same.
The error codes are as follows: 7F2DFFB2-BEDC-408A-9596-A48D1EC9C898; 4B5DABAE-DCE7-4308-A807-F56580AC4919; 96BEFC40-D1CC-493C-8480-CC41D3EAA08B and so on. The error code changes with each departure.
Hi,
This forum is for technical support on Blizzard’s Legacy Games — old games such as Diablo II (2000) and the Blizzard Arcade Collection.
Starcraft II has its own forums and you should be using those for anything related to that game; you will find the SC2 forums here:

Those codes are actually crash IDs… a serial number for your crash to allow Blizzard Support to retrieve information on that crash. Since each crash is “unique”, the serial number changes for each crash, even though the data it contains might be the same. The number is not an error code and it has no meaning on its own.
An alternative to posting on the forums is to contact Blizzard Support directly and give them these crash IDs. If you want to do that, you can do it here: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/240/ticket
Finally, there is some troubleshooting that you should probably attempt before putting in a ticket:
