I would like to have my cd-keys for diablo 2 removed from my account.

Once registered cd keys can not be removed from accounts, really sorry for any disappointment this may cause 
Hi there, I’ve installed from my CD version of the game and I its stating I my keys have been “claimed by battle net” so i cant log in. Can you help? Whats going on?
But it says, one of them is disabled… how did that happen with my original game bought from me 15 years ago ??? why cant i play my own game ?

The old cd keys can no longer be used to play D2, the disc installation is obsolete and no longer supported for online play. The message “Claimed on Battle.net” simply means that you are using the old keys, you’ll need to convert them to the new format first - by registering them on your Battle.net account - and then reinstall the game completely via the new digital client.

A disabled cd key means that the key was used in the past for something in vionlation of the Terms of Use, you can find additional details here.
Disabled keys can not be reactivated, as you’ll see in the article linked above.
Contrary to normal Diablo 2 keys however, they can be removed by our GMs, so in this specific case my first message does not apply. Should you wish for a disabled d2 key to be removed please open a ticket via this form
