One of my characters is stuck under map.
I tried to use https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/10581 ,but it doesn’t work.
Hi, i have the same problem. My warrior Zelaranis is stuck underground inside The Halls of Statues in The Vale of Eternal Blossoms in Pandaria, i have tried all the options on blizzards site but nothing works. I get disconnected everytime i try to log on my character. All the other characters works. How can someone get help with that? They ask you to contact support but the support just says there is a problem with moving my character and the case is resolved and nothing happens.
