I have an improvement suggestion for the paid service : Server Transfer & Name Change.
In my case, I have something trolled and was so down by the community.I thought with a server transfer I could start over.Unfortunately, my character name after the transfer was still the same.
So if you allow us to start over even after a mistake with a character transfer and its name change.
