I logged into my Overwatch 2 account today, And 90% of my characters are now locked. Googled to see a way to resolve or find out why, And all i’m getting told is that i should buy the OW2 watchpoint or its because i didnt own the original. I Played the original for years so i own it! I also bought the watchpoint pack … My characters were not locked yesterday so. Can you tell us why your now locking half of our characters away?

Yeah same thing here. I have played OW1 since launch day, have the watchpoint pack, had access to all heroes yesterday (the 6th) but today (the 7th) most of the heroes are locked away.
