Thanks for reply. I tried all the steps in this article and even wait >24h. I also checked my d2 folder for viruses - all clean.
They banned you.
They also wont appeal or tell you why. They say they ‘cant’, but that really just means they dont want to enough to make a paying customer happy. Hopefully you can refund the game, as they wont tell you when your ban will end. If not, just dont buy diablo 4.
